Using scissors, trim the long ends off of the peacock feathers, leaving only the colorful tips. Layer the peacock feather ends on the face mask, creating a beautifully textured look. Allow the glue to dry completely before wearing the mask.
Create a peacock Halloween costume using peacock feathers. Place a piece of cardboard between the layers of the skirt you want to use in your costume. Place a line of craft glue along the waistband of the skirt, and press a few peacock feathers onto the glue. Hold the feathers in place until the glue sets. Repeat this process until you have created a thick peacock tail.
